rtc

The rtc element is used within a ruby element to surround rp and rt elements when they are used semantically, rather than as a pronunciation aid.

Enventually this will allow the browser to render kanji with both furigana (above) and English (below). Browser support for the rtc element and the ruby-position CSS attribute is incomplete.
